Jess is Container’s interim Editor. She is a Bristol-based freelance journalist and regularly writes features for The Bristol Cable. Her work focuses on community journalism: amplifying and platforming people who are underrepresented or traditionally misrepresented by the mainstream media.
Having got her start in the industry through a Rife Magazine internship, Jess is committed to paying forward and supporting others into the journalism industry. She mentors emerging writers, and ran Bristol24/7‘s award-winning work experience programme while Deputy Editor.
